MK Property Services, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Snoqualmie, WA, is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager Assistant to support two busy commercial property managers. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with managing retail, office, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist property managers with daily operations for multiple commercial properties
- Coordinate tenant and vendor communications, maintenance requests, and follow-ups
- Support marketing of available spaces, lease renewals, and new tenant onboarding
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and lease-related documents
- Track property expenses, assist with budgeting, and ensure accurate record keeping
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Maintain professional relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors
Requirements
- Washington State Real Estate License (active) – required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle – required (travel to properties in WA)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial property management or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
